"The location was fantastic—right off the square, within walking distance of the Ole Miss campus. We stayed for a game weekend, and for $9000 for a three night stay, it could have been cleaner. There were old clothes in drawers, various old nonfunctioning electronic components in closets and cabinets, etc.and the porches looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks. "What an amazing property in a fantastic location.The condo was beautiful with detailed appointments that were welcoming but, we felt like we were someplace special! "This charming house has so much to offer. IDEAL location, walk-ably close to The Square & the Volta/Big Bad Breakfast/Snackbar area, while conveniently close to the new Oxford Commons area too. Everything was brand new with a really cool vibe. Beds & bedding were both very comfortable, slept great! Cozy outdoor space, enjoyed hanging by the fire pit. Host was so cooperative and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Cabin-like home tucked in a wooded lot 10-15 walk from the Square. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was well appointed and the snacks were a nice touch after a day of travel. We felt at home right away. The only call out would be the stairs. If you can't negotiate steps, be aware the bedrooms and bathrooms are only accessible by stairs. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and love the history and charm of this home. "

"We went to visit our daughter Tahoe is a student at Ole Miss for Thanksgiving and the Mississippi State game. When I explained to Jeff I would be hosting at the house he was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to rent from Jeff for future visits. "

"This is an amazingly beautiful home in Oxford! The host was great and the home was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The location of the home was excellent. We stayed here for our son's Ole Miss graduation and it was a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the porch area.
