"I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. "Property is nice and welcoming, updated interior and smells like a new home. If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. "It was clean & cool. The bathroom is amazing and the outdoor shower is #1. It made getting the sand off so easy. I want to stay here again. It also is amongst all the other condos, yet feels very private! "

"We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs.
