Choose this listing for my 3 night stay in Ireland 🇮🇪 because it is centralish to Ireland, & Northern Ireland was also only a couple of hours to cross the border if you'd like. Didn't explore Terryglass, though Paddy's Pub 🍀 has a good menu & a lovely atmosphere for dining 🍽🍻🍷.
Margaret was a wonderful hostess who really provided an oasis 🌟 of peaceful comfort. ✌️ The weather wasn't good in mid October 🌬🌧, and I would have liked one dry, nice day or evening to sit in the garden area. Hope you can have the time & the weather to do so.
If you've read the listing you'll know there is no wifi 🚫📶 & no television 📺 in the lodging. Most people have data, so the wifi wouldn't be an issue. A nice stack of books is available, a welcoming tray of fruits 🍎, coffee☕️ , tea 🍵, and even cookies 🍪 which were all enjoyed.
The bed 🛌 was very comfy, as was the couch 🛋. Bedding was good, there was a nice throw blanket for the couch, & she even offered a hot water bottle 🍶 which was nice to warm up my feet. The shower 🚿 had a good flow with ample hot 🔥 water💧. There was body wash, shampoo, and small hotel type adds in the bathroom. Again, a place of small joys.
There was a water heater, french press, & mugs for the tea and coffee. Found a great blow dryer that didn't need an outlet adapter.
Door is a cool split style to open the top half if you'd like. Good parking & two nightstands if you feel like unpacking a bit .
Fresh 💐 were appreciated. #shelivesontheroad
