"Nice and clean place with great staff. Also great for meeting other backpackers. You just need to be aware that this is a party hostel which means you need to bring your ear plugs if you are only looking for a place to sleep."

"I stayed both private room and dormitory. The private room was clean(even under the bed), ok for overnight stay. However, I never recommend the dormitory room. There were no window(or perhaps not opened), 5bunk beds mixed with men&women. The room smelled really bad since many people are in one small room(wet laundry hanging, the room itself smells like mold etc). I would pay more money to avoid staying the dorm."

"The girls dorm is right behind the bar so at first I was a little apprehensive. But we ended up have the 12 person female dorm all go ourselves for the 1 night we were staying there! My friend and I ended up having the best sleep of our entire trip here! Staff were nice."

"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff speak good English and are very friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around."

Excelente hotel

"Hotel incrível, bem localizado, com muito conforto e atendimento nota 10! O quarto que eu fiquei era enorme, com cama muito confortável, frigobar, varanda e até sofás! O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, sempre educados e muito prestativos. A única coisa que não achei tão boa foi o café da manhã que, apesar de ser bem saboroso, vem em pouca quantidade, pois é servido a la carte. Considero um ótimo custo-benefício por tudo que o hotel oferece."
