"Yvonne, the property manager, was pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions quickly... she also provided a list of restaurants and activities in the area. The unit was clean and spacious, there was good water pressure in the shower, the bed was comfortable, and the appliances worked without a hitch. We enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this property."

The house itself is warm and inviting and Dawne couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming with some great ideas for day trips, including Two Whales Cafe, Port Rexton Brewery, Skerwink Trail, Eco Tours Whale Watching. "A great base camp from which to hike and explore Avalon Peninsula! Clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. WiFi was iffy but not surprising given the rural location. "

"We enjoyed four days in this comfortable home with the best beds and night’s sleeps. It turned out to be the perfect location for what we wanted to do. We did day trips and all not more than an hour away. We hiked several parts of the east coast trail, drove down to Ferryland, Mistaken Point and Cape Race then drove north to Bell Island for the best day. It was great to come home to this lovely home at the end of the day. "
