"The earlier review and 10 ratings for this property were not an exaggeration and it is hard to see how things could be improved. For once the photographs on the site understated the superb view from the balcony (it really is right over the beach and harbour with 180 degree views) and the size and facilities in the apartment were excellent. Location wise it is on the road next to (above) the beach and right in the middle of town, so everything is within minutes walk. Tenby itself is a lovely...

"The location above the beach in central Tenby was fabulous! The town shops, restaurants and beaches are all just outside the flat. The views cannot be beat. The only issue was finding the flat entrance - so be sure to read the directions (rather than following sat nav). Also, no parking, but we found street parking nearby."

"The Gwynne House, with its history of writers inspired to create there, was just magical. It's difficult traveling with nine people, but the Gwynne House was just perfect as our Tenby home base. "My friend and I had a great stay in this flat. It’s in an ideal location to the town and beach. The flat is clean and modern with plenty of room and nice balcony. All be it, we struggled with putting the oven on!! The hot water wasn’t on initially but it was sorted as soon as we let them know. There’s a car park opposite for £10 for 24hrs which we found perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here again. "
