Guest access is limited to the home, pool area, patios, paved and gravel parking areas.
NO ACCESS to garage, barn or agriculture areas of the property. Not suitable for children due to depth of pool and stairs.

Ortega Ranch is a retreat that respects both guests and the community, promising a harmonious stay.

Being a working property that needs a lot of staff, you might see the manager, owner, or other maintenance personnel during your stay. Since we do not have their schedule, we are unable to let you know in advance when they will be there. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience if you do happen to see them.

Spa Heat is $100/day. Pool Heat is not available due to depth of pool, too expensive to heat.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.
