We love to host groups and have created a space that celebrates community and spending quality time with loved ones with our outdoor communal dining table, bonfire pit, sunbathing lounge area, epic sunset views and relaxing jacuzzi soaks.

We want you to have incredible fun! However this is Not a party spot and we have a strict policy that only paid guests included in the accepted reservation may occupy the premises at any time and for noise levels to be kept to a personal level after 10pm. Sound can carry in the canyon and we ask guests to be conscious of our kind neighbors!

There are two separate properties on the 5 acre lot, this listing of the house and another listing for our Spartan. The properties are about 100 ft apart in different elevations. The house and Spartan listings are separate areas with their own amenities, private driveway, parking and entrance.

Only paid guests approved through the Airbnb booking may be allowed on the property at any time. This includes any friends or family who are not staying the night but visiting the property. All must be included in the reservation. This is not a space to host parties or guests not on the reservation. This ensures our capacity stays to approved numbers and that other guests who are staying on the property are not disturbed.

There are cameras placed on the outside premises of the property to ensure security and accordance with our rules and policies. Any violation of our guest or noise policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

There's a hiking trail entrance through the backyard of the house if you'd like to venture out into the gorgeous boulder canyons! Our natural habitat is a peaceful abode where you can meditate, enjoy expansive views with epic sunsets and the relaxing sounds of our canyon wildlife.

Please note it’s a new property for us and we are constantly improving the landscape to expand our offerings. We are enjoying the creative journey and proud of our Serenity Ranch so far! We welcome any ideas or suggestions you may have on how to improve the space.

There is plenty of parking available in the dirt lot directly in front of the house. Uber and Lyft service the area if you prefer not to drive.

The owner is staying next door for any urgent issues.

We are off of Glenoaks and de Portola. Less than 3 min car ride to the best wineries in town

There is plenty of parking on site, and both Uber and Lyft service the area.

Please bring your own ice, drinking water and firewood as these are not supplied.

We keep the hot tub empty: there is blue valve to the left of the tub and you can use it to fill it up with hot water (the hose is already connected).

It takes about 20 min to fill it up and you can enjoy 120 degrees water right away.

After you fill it up, please turn the power on to keep the hot tub on, and press the arrow temperature up to keep the water warm for the duration of your stay. Keep the cover on for the duration of your stay. When you are not using the hot tub Please keep it covered. And when you check out please plug it out. This will help us save energy and keep it sanitary.
