"Had a lovely time. Cottage clean and well equiped for a home from home stay. Took elderly parents, so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal. Enclosed garden was great for the dog too. The area was stunning and loved watching the paragliders on the downs. Only lost 1 star, due to the road noise, which we soon got used to. Not the fault of the owners and otherwise a 5 star holiday."

"Lovely !! Place was nice and clean and surroundings were beautiful. Very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Host were lovely and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had all we needed and offer great local advise on places to go for views and food . This was the ideal place to rest and recover from a charity bike ride we attended "

"This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...

"This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."
