Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated, centrally-located condo. This convenient 3 bed/3 bath condo is surrounded by the majestic peaks of the San Juan Mountains with great views of Telluride Ski & Golf Resort, Palmyra Peak & Whipple Mountain! Skiing, hiking & biking trails are steps out the door with easy access to activities offered throughout Telluride & Mountain Village. Ski access is approximately 300 yards to The Meadows Ski Run + FREE transportation!

As you enter the newly renovated residence you'll experience the fresh new vibe of the San Juan mountains. The main level has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings offering mountain and neighborhood views, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with an electric stove and oven. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail on the private balcony, equipped with a gas grill and overlooks the peaceful creek with mountain views.

Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area; the first guest bedroom has a new king Casper mattress and ensuite bathroom with step in tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full (new Casper Full size mattress) bunk bed with twin pull out trundle and a full size shared bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms offer a television. The in-unit stacked washer and dryer are located on this level.

The private and spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the second floor complete with comfy new Casper king mattress and a well-lit bathroom with large walk in overhead rain-shower, and large vanity with plenty of space for two with 3 way light up magnifying makeup mirror for the ladies! The master bath also offers heated floors to keep those toes warm! Additionally the master bedroom is equipped with a full size desk and workspace complete with monitor hook up, laptop stand, printer and surge protector.

The private balcony offers a full size propane grill for the chef complete with lounge chairs to fully embrace the breathtaking mountain view!

The two-car tandem garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking in front of it for one vehicle. For reference, the unit is on the third floor, above garage and is accessed by an open-air staircase. There is no elevator access.

Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access is an easy walking distance of approximately 300 yards, a very short walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10). The Telluride Golf Club, an 18-hole, world-class, high altitude (9,417') course challenges all levels and is just a short ride (or hike) from the residence.

This family-friendly condo comes fully equipped with high-chair, pack-n-play, children's utensils, toys, books, games and more to accommodate your family's needs.

Guests are able to access the entire condo unit minus two closets reserved for owners personal use. The wine cooler and liquor cabinet are locked for owners personal use. There is a closet at the entrance of the condo unit available for your use for daily storage of ski equipment. The garage is not available for parking inside however you can park in front of it.

Three FREE seasonal transportation services options are offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride. 4) ZipCar rental service is available, with a fee, in Mountain Village with 2 pickup locations. One pickup location is less than 5 min walking distance to the condo.

For reference, the unit is on the third floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase. Please be aware that this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride.

Kids Paradise
A wonderful location close to everything and distance to the lifts. Our grandkids appreciated the amazing toy and game collection, the 4 year old was never bored. There are stairs to climb but the top floor is quiet and has great mountain views. The full spice cabinet was completely stocked which is unheard of and the kitchen has many treasures in the drawer and condiments in the fridge in case you forget something and who doesn’t.

The best location!
This was our first visit to Telluride and it won't be our last! We can't say enough great things about this rental! I will admit I was a little nervous because there was maybe one review of this property so I felt like I was taking a chance but I'm so glad I did. Michele was so easy and delightful to work with, I had a few questions and the responses were remarkably fast. The condo was clean, the primary bathroom was beautiful, and all the beds were clean and comfortable. While we didn't use the kitchen other to make coffee it was great. The tv's are all smart so we were able to use the Roku and one night we streamed our HBO which was simple. The back windows look out to nature and the front windows look out to a beautiful stream. The location of this condo is the most important part. For us, with college aged kids who are over 21, the chondola (free public transportation) was key! We were able to travel into the city of Telluride, have lunch/dinner with drinks and not have to worry about a ride home. Our short stay didn't allow us to ski but we did a private snowmobile tour through Telluride Outfitters. It was amazing and the highlight of our Colorado trip! Next time we are in Telluride, this rental will be the first thing we book, so glad that we took a chance!

Great location / layout especially for the price
Very nice layout of the condo, clean and recently renovated, fit our group of 8 adults well and was nice to be able to walk to the lift (although it is a gradual uphill walk for roughly 10 minutes so be aware!) Also it is a third floor condo so there is a bit of a trek going up and down. We had no issues parking one car in front of garage and another in a spot in the lot. Host was very responsive, we hope to visit Telluride again and would stay here!
