Welcome to Centrum 302. Across the plaza from the Conference Center next to the Mountain Village duck pond, you're steps away from the Gondola and ski runs.
This deluxe condo with 180-degree views (looking southwest) is located on the third floor accessed by a security-coded elevator. You enter the condo into a tiled mudroom. The kitchen is located to the left of the entry. The full kitchen has granite countertops and three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The washer/dryer is located next to the kitchen. Directly in front of you from the mudroom is the living room where there is a 42-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a gas fireplace, a dining room table with seating for six people, and a 400-disc CD player. Directly off the living room is a deck with southwest views of the Wilsons and alpine sunset that overlooks the plaza and ice-skating pond.
Down the hall off the living room is the Primary Bedroom with a queen bed, 15-inch flatscreen TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate steam shower, and stone details. Also off the hall is the second bedroom which has a split king and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Please note that the living room, primary bedroom, and twin bedroom TVs have access to full cable service.
The complex is less than 100 yards from ski school, Lift #4, Gondola, and Lift #1. The unit has a ski locker available as well as room in the entryway for boots and coats. In the summer season, the Centrum complex is in the heart of the fun in Mountain Village - high ropes course adventure for kids, and new world-class mountain-biking trails.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

- There is parking in the underground garage for one vehicle; the clearance for the garage is 9'4".

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
