"Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

"A family of 9 and 3 dogs, we stayed for a week. The property was lovely and catered for all our family needs. It is big and airy with plenty of seating for everyone. The utility room was a must, having 2 small children with us and it was great to have the hot tub to jump into after a busy day. The downsides were that there was very limited hanging space in the bedrooms and it would benefit from hooks on the back of the doors and a full length wardrobe in the bedrooms. "We stayed at Saltwater over the Christmas period and was able to enjoy all that Shaldon has to offer at this time of year.Saltwater was a great property for the two of us. It is in an ideal position with its own parking (which is a must in the village), close to the centre and all the activity. It was an ideal size for us, spotlessly clean and decorated for Christmas for our arrival- which was a very nice touch.Thank you!"

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Really cosy cottage, lovely decorations for Xmas, great woodburner for warmth. Amazing bath and shower room. Great dog walks from the back door to various coves and beaches. Just a shame the local inn is undergoing renovations as it looks great. We’ll just have to come back and try it when it’s open again!"

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Lovely apartment, well stocked and with a fantastic view. It was warm and cosy and an easy walk into Brixham town. We took a couple of coastal walks directly from the apartment without having to drive anywhere.Our hosts were friendly and helpful.Be aware that the apartment is accessed by an external spiral staircase but it's well lit after dark. Off street parking is an added bonus!"

"This is a 3 star hotel and it does not pretend to be anything else. Great location with just a short walk to beach and town. Parking and large garden - with rabbits if you are lucky. Dog friendly. It is comfortable and clean enough. Plenty of storage in the room. Nice towels. Everything in the room worked. Free Wi-Fi Enjoyable breakfast. Indoor swimming pool is a great bonus. Wouldn’t recommend dinner but otherwise no complaints. Good value for money. We WILL stay again."
