We always reserve to this hotel because of the proximity to iconic places to visit and the property itself is really nice and clean.
January 27-February 3 was our recent stay and made me a little angry. On the night of January 30th, Thursday, my husband asked for a bottle of water after 3 days of stay with no housekeeping service used yet, and the front desk lady delivered it to us with no charge (2 bottles were normally provided when you first get in).
Friday was when we had our room cleaned and of course they put 2 bottles of water. So came Sunday night and asked for some water again and the guy at the front desk wanted a 2 gel (lari) charge for each bottle. We had a short of explanation happened but what really triggered me was his intimidating face expression that looked like I was not understanding him or I perhaps not saying what I needed to say. In short, I just paid for 2 bottles and left.
My point is, I don’t mind paying if that’s needed but they should be consistent on their rules and how often a customer can ask for water or what if a customer wanted their room to be cleaned everyday, would they provide 2 bottles everytime?
