"I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious with a great shower, and breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Everything felt well taken care of, making for a very comfortable experience. However, the service at the restaurants could be improved. While the food was good, the waitstaff seemed inattentive—I often had to ask multiple times for the same thing or wait several minutes just to place an order. A bit of training would make a big difference. Aside from that, the hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely stay again."

Como ponto de melhoria sugiro o café da manhã (que é maravilhoso) começar mais cedo, 8:30 para muitos turistas é muito tarde. O ideal seria 7:30. Achamos o quarto muito frio em janeiro mesmo com aquecedor (o mesmo desarmava). Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo demais esse Riad. Lindíssimo."
