"The villa is as described and photos almost don’t do it justice. The views across to the sea are spectacular and the infinity pool is amazingGuiseppe and Marina are great hosts and gave us a very warm welcome. It’s a great property for a relaxing stay.Whilst the location is on the Costa smerelda and close to many incredible beaches it is also up a steep hill and not writhing walking distance of anywhere. So a car is needed to get on and out each day.We would highly recommend this property."

"siamo tornati venerdì 28 giugno 2024 dalla Sardegna io, mio marito, e il nostro cagnolino; abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento molto carino ben pulito ordinato e confortevole fresco, molto vicino alla spiaggia bella anche lei soprattutto un mare veramente splendido l'accoglienza è stata perfetta tutti disponibili grazie a tutti è stata una vacanza molto tranquilla, ottimo"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, mit super kurzen Wegen zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Wirklich empfehlenswert, besonders der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter. Super unkompliziert, schnell, freundlich und bemüht. Gerne wieder."

"Great"

"Gemütliches kleines Häuschen und genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat zwei Spielplätze gleich in der Nähe und das schöne Städtchen San Teodoro lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Maximilians Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Maximilian war zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei, vielen Dank dafür Max!!!"

"Das Haus entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige. Die Anreise und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert genau wie die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist perfekt für den Urlaub und zum abschalten. Den Flughafen hört man nicht und der Pool wird auch während dem Aufenthalt regelmäßig gewartet ."

"O hotel cobra uma taxa extra de 20 euros quando vc chega, embora a estadia já esteja paga. Esse valor é referente a alguns serviços opcionais - toalhas de piscina, estacionamento, etc - mas que na reserva eles informam como opcional. A estrutura do hotel é boa embora falte uma boa roupa de cama e o cafe da manhã seja bem simples."

"We had a very good time at the hotel. We stayed in a chalet that accommodated a couple and 2 kids (8 years old). The room was not big, but it has a private and spacious balcony. The pool area was very nice and kids enjoyed a lot. The staff as kind all the time specially the ones at the bar at the pool. It is a nice hotel to stay with your family and do things around by car. "

"Incrivel, ficamos na suite junior vista pro mar. Quarto bem grande, piscina privativa, tudo de muita qualidade e bom gosto. Equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Cidade afastada dos pobtos principais de turismo, mas a curta distancia, cidade muito agradavel e com um excelente restaurante. Gostamos muito do hotel e do local."
