The only downside was little things in the room like the couch smelt like mims & a rip in the curtain. Otherwise size and other facilities like fridge, stove, microwave was bliss."

A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "
