"We loved our stay here. The cabin is nestled in nature, surrounded by birdsong and has a lovely view of the sea. It's the perfect place to switch off and relax. The outdoor shower was a particular highlight. John and Pene were good hosts - it was nice to have the cabin refreshed halfway through our stay. Strongly recommended."

"This is a place to release your muise, too relax, walk and create. We will probably return, but with a 9wt fly rod to fish for Kingfish the next time. Six out of 5."

"Though the photos in the listing are impressive, they can't possibly represent how spectacular, private and convenient this gem of a cabin is. From the time we arrived, greeted by Ellie we loved this place and can't wait to return. It is quaint and cozy and with Ellie's encouragement and advice about the neighbourhood we immediately felt at home."

"A rustic farm experience in a lovely cabin. Amazing sea and bush views and incredible star gazing. The farm is an animal sanctuary with horses, ducks, geese, chicken, sheep, cattle, pigs and peacocks which really added to the countryside experience. This is a rustic experience similar to glamping so if you're after the 5 star experience this is not for you. If it's a farm experience, excellent star gazing and friendly animals then this is the place! Terri and Jim were excellent hosts always...

"We had the best time! So easy back and forth from the beach - safe swimming. Amazing view from the house. Even though it’s across the road from the beach it’s a very quiet dead end road so it really felt like the beach was at the front door. Perfect spot to base ourselves for exploring! "
