"This was perfect for what we wanted. We were less than 10 mins to the boat ramp. The cabin itself was just the right size for the 3 of us plus we could have fit more. We loved the fire pit with wood they supplied for us. Very quiet and remote. We will def be back for a summer trip."

"My husband and I stayed with our dog cooper. The cabin was cute and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and kitchen/bath also well furnished. We went hiking at area trails and they were lovely. We would stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Ponderosa cabin. It’s a log cabin so electric outlets are scarce. The cabin is off of the main road by about 9 miles of small twisting paved roads making nighttime driving a challenge. A really nice setting for a relaxing few days. Gary is very accommodating. "

"Wonderful place to getaway from the city. My family spent Thanksgiving here. The owner notified us our cabin was having issues with wifi so she upgraded us to a bigger one with a hot tub. The wifi was still a bit touch and go at first but it was raining and they use satellite. Make sure to print out directions so you can get in and out with ease. Cell reception is almost none existent. But if your trying to get away , you have found the perfect spot! "

The property is gorgeous…it’s beyond that even We got two full days of time with our children! No outside inference. And that was just what we needed after this year! The atmosphere was so peaceful! "I had a wonderful stay in the Ty-Tanderwen cabin. It was very clean, which I know from experience is difficult when working with older, rustic materials. The screened porch was a great spot to watch the wildlife. The cabin appearance was rustic, but it had all the comforts I needed for the weekend. "

"We enjoyed the overnight stay. We were not able to get down to the lake via the end of the road was washed out and blocked by fallen trees. But cabin was relaxing and clean. Kids enjoyed the loft bunks. The back patio porch had a relaxing view."

"I was not like the photos. The room / appartment was very dated. We were not prepared for the snow and a later arrival, so finding the office was a little difficult. "

"Stayed for a couple nights to go to the Polar express train. This was a great location for us and the kids enjoyed exploring the woods. Billie was great and easy to communicate with. We will be staying again!"
