"Area wise Greenwich is pretty large. There are several neighborhoods and downtown areas. This VRBO is pretty close to Greenwich Ave. and Arch St. I am talking a 20 minute walk so it is an easy location to get to shopping and dining.The unit was very clean. Not a dust ball to be found which my wife very much appreciated.We are big coffee drinkers and ample Keurig was supplied to last the stay.I am not a big VRBO user. "Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises."

"The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!"

"The host was amazing to deal with and when you are doing a trip to NYC that helps a lot. Place was super clean! I don’t think you can find a better value in Manhattan. Honestly book this place. 2 bedrooms. It’s not too cramped. They keep it very clean. And the AC unit actually works and keeps you cool. I have stayed in a lot of places in Manhattan and for the money this is top notch!"

"This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable.
