Good response time from host for any of our questions. Property advertised a hot tub but we could not find it. Overall a good stay. "

"It's a good value cottage in a good location just a few minutes from National Park and close to Whakapapa. It could do with a good spring clean, but you can't argue the price. "This was our first ‘extended’ family trip. Eight of us in total, 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2, 6, 9, 15). The house and outside area was fantastic and fit for purpose. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel on top of each other. Fantastically stocked kitchen, has every utensil and pot you’d need. Enough beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely big lounge area and the outside was a dream! Enjoyed the walk to the stream and the swing seat and see-saw kept the younger kids entertained. Lovely and...

"Had a terrific long weekend at Serendipity. Clean, well appointed house with everything you could want or need, set in a lovely garden. Omori as a location is beautiful. Lots of walks and places to explore. Very appreciative that the hosts allowed two very small dogs, this really elevated the holiday."
