"Close to cbd, helpful staff. Parking is seperate to the building so unpacking and packing car you had to bring car to the hotel front which wasn’t far. Hotel room - TV was not programmed in and couldn’t use it; mini fridge in room, the door had been left ajar freezer was frozen over and fridge door was unable to be closed so could not use mini fridge to keep anything cool. "Receptionist was the nicest person i think I've ever spoken to ever! Minor issue with a neighbours motion light being on all night the first night (no one was staying there, it was just glitching). We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it). Less than walking distance to a decent bistro and service station, and a yummy breakfast cafe. I say less than walking cause its literally like Right there :-) Good playground for...

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a Rosella Cabin. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the small size but fine for 2 nights. Everything we needed. The sports court was fantastic and the family game of soccer the highlight of our trip according to our daughters! The pool was very refreshing but great. The putt putt course was great and lots of fun! Our daughters loved the rabbits and ducks. Reception staff were beyond helpful and always lovely. "

"The place was great, but would have been nice to have the little things like an ironing board, tea and coffee selection and some small toiletries. "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

O PIOR HOTEL QUE JÁ ME HOSPEDEI

"Esse hotel já deveria ter fechado há muito tempo. O lugar parece abandonado. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Extremamente escuro e difícil de chegar aos quartos, que tem móveis velhos e ruins. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Ninguém sequer trocou as toalhas no segundo dia e não havia ninguém para levar novas toalhas no quarto. A sugestão foi que eu fosse andando no frio, já que tinha que percorrer uma certa distância ao ar livre, para pessoalmente buscar toalhas novas. Ninguém limpou o quarto, que tem um carpete terrívelmente velho e sujo. Para completar, fica em um lugar bem afastado da cidade. Não recomendo e jamais voltaria a esse hotel."
