"This residence has become a mainstay for my company when we come to Tampa for business when only a couple of us come down. Better than a hotel. "

"Our experience was terrible. I messaged the host 2 weeks before our arrival inquiring about reservation status because of the recent hurricane. No response. I messaged the house the night before and the morning of our reservation. No response. I contacted VRBO and they tried to contact the host . No response. On our way to the airport the host messaged me and cancelled our reservation due to no electricity. It would have been different if the host would have told us two weeks ago when I...

"I recently stayed at this lovely one-bedroom apartment near Bayshore and Hyde Park Village, and it was perfect for my needs. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe, and the proximity to Hyde Park Village made it convenient to explore. I highly recommend this spot for a peaceful yet centrally located stay in Tampa!!"

"This property was perfect for my boyfriend and me. The location was perfect for morning walks along Bayshore Blvd. We were in town to work on our property and visit family and this place was perfect. For those wanting to see the signts it is central to any activity you want to participate in!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this south Tampa home. You could tell a lot of time was put into all the details to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. Clean home, comfortable beds, adorable decor, prompt communication with our host. The home provided exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!"

"An absolute stellar property. We stayed here as a staycation over the weekend and man it felt like we were on some on some island in the Caribbean. The house has this amazing pool with lush greenery surrounding it creating ultimate privacy. Our host Dominic was so accommodating and fast with communication. Made checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommend renting this house!!"

"We were visiting family in Tampa, so this was a convenient location in a very nice neighborhood - we enjoyed the nearby park and splash pad. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The host helped us with everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm. One thing I hadn't realized is that the third bedroom is detached from the house and has no bathroom. It's fine for may people but with smaller children it doesn't really work. We used the couch for more sleeping space."

"We had a great stay! Communication with the owners/managers was fast. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and a child. Beautiful renovation of this 1920's building and apartments. The unit had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is so cute and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping and the bay."

"The property is in a good location, next to SOHO and very close to Hyde Park Village. We came to drop our son off at University of Tampa and the location. Was also very convenient for that. The house has been nicely remodeled. The furnishings inside are very nice and the house was very clean inside. The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom in the back was also well appointed. "Para passar uma noite, fizemos reserva esperando um hotel com a grife Best Western! Resumindo recepcao boa, quarto grande, camas boas, banheiros muito bons! Mas o hotel tem aparencia de sujo e precisa de uma renovacao urgente! Tapetes velhos, pintura ruim! Ainda bem que foi só uma noite! "

Pessíma Noite!

"O objetivo da estadia seria pela proximidade do hotel do aeroporto de Tampa, mas confesso que se fosse possível o cancelamento da reserva, teria feito. O chão do quarto não sei explicar se era sabão ou gordura. Quarto velho precisa de manutenção urgente. Atravessamos o país e foi sem dúvida a pior escolha. Se vc procura por um hotel próximo ao aeroporto para uma noite bem descansada, esse realmente não é a melhor opção. A nota dada pelos demais viajantes não condiz com o local."
