Prime location in South Tampa, 33611. 2-min drive to Bayshore Blvd, 5-min to Downtown Tampa. Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

DISCLAIMER:

A. Due to COVID19 personal care items including drinking water, washcloths and others are not provided unless requested in writing 7 days prior to check-in day. 2 bottles of Shampoo and 2 Conditioners are provided per stay.

C. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Toiletries including linens, sheets and towels will be provided based upon number of guests listed on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed.

D. Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees).

E. Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed.
Violators are subject to penalties and will ask to vacate immediately.

G. Potential for noise, main St, airplanes, traffic.

H. Hair dryer, cleaning supplies, detergent, wine glasses, blender, ice maker, grill, washcloths, ice, drinking water are not provided by the Host.

ANSWERS

01. Do you accept pets? If so, what are the fees?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, there’s a one time $75 pet fee or a daily $10 pet fee for any 7+ day reservation.

02. Do you have an early check-in?
Yes. Early check-ins are available subject to listing availability. Please send us a message with arrangements request.

03. My flight arrives past check-in time. Am I allowed to check-in after 4:00pm?
It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.

04. Do you have a late check out?
We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.

05. Is this a private property?
The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

06. What are the sleeping arrangements?
Master offers a king size, low platform bed with 12-inch memory foam. The second bedroom offers a low platform full size bed with a 12-inch memory foam.

07. Is there WIFI and TV?
Yes, there is free wireless internet and smart TV to stream apps including Netflix, YouTube among others.

08. Is there a deposit requirement?
No additional payment or deposit is required unless the reservation calls for more than 28 consecutive days.

Check-in instructions are sent the day of your check in between 12:00pm to 2:00pm via an automated email to the platform. Should you have not received instructions by 3:00pm, contact us immediately for further assistance.

19. Are there personnel onsite on a daily basis?
Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00am to 11:00pm to better assist you throughout your stay.

20. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests?
For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. For any requests received, other than emergencies, after 8:00pm, our onsite staff will handle it the following business day.

21. Is there a laundry onsite?
Yes, there is a washer & dryer onsite for our guest use.

22. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost?
Parking, alike downtown, is on street, first come first serve and it is complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard.

Upon arrival property was very warm. Air conditioning did not function. 79 degrees upon arrival. Crumbs all over counter tops, table, and floor. Trash on floor. I reached out to host about both issues. Host informed me a cleaning person was scheduled to come out the following morning and he would have an AC guy out as soon as possible. This was around 430-5pm. I reached out again around 630pm. Host still had no confirmation on when and if someone would be out that evening to resolve the AC issue and if it could be fixed. I informed him that the house was 81 degrees and he said he could not make any promises(understandable), understood my concern, and understood if we could not stay. . We left the property shortly after. I informed him when we left the property and asked for a refund. 1. Air didn’t work. 2.it was dirty 3. After looking at the listing pictures again and our pictures for proof of the properties condition, we realized this was NOT the same unit listed in the pictures. Pictures show what looks to be a newly renovated unit and the unit we were in was not. Different countertops, backsplash, bathroom all completely different. Beds were barely off the floor. After asking for a refund all communication stopped from the host. I reached out to Vrbo, they have been wonderful trying to resolve this and helping getting my refund with no response from host. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place is priced better than the motels nearby. I have read a few negative reviews, if you want luxury then you need to pay for it. This place is more than three times the size of a motel room, and there are two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. You may need need to bring a few extras if you plan to cook such as spices, but the kitchen has the basic essentials, pots and pans. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The parking was no issue for two vehicles, it has a dedicated driveway. Next time I'm in the area I will be booking this place.

This is the first horrible experience we have had with a VRBO. I am a GOLD member. Be prepared to bring everything with you. For a 13 night stay, we had two spoons and two forks, no soap in bathroom to wash our hands, no kitchen linens, no dish drainer, no pot holders, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 trash bags. The worst was that the listing indicates shampoo, soap, green pet fenced area, ice maker, blender. NONE of those things existed in our unit. The fence does not enclose the property and is falling down. I wanted three things when looking for a rental king bed-had but mattress 5 inch foam, tv in bedroom-had but did not work, fenced yard for my small dog-see above. Ultimately, for the cost I should have stayed in a hotel. POSITIVES-we could enjoy our daughter's visits and the wonderful City of Tampa Park at end of block.

We all slept well. At times you could of course hear the planes from the nearby landing strip, but - at least while we stayed - they do not land/take off that often. The street itself is quite quit. Easy parking. For some reason the owner has not provided plates, glasses or mugs in a number/sort as you would expect. There was no chopping-board. Would have given a higher overall rating if those things had been present. Also - the owner wants you to go through the premises upon arrival (have never done that before). In itself this was not an issue for me to go through the house, but: We arrived on a saturday, and when I sent e-mails with the flaws I found (also including a broken drawer in the refrigerator) there was no response. That irritated me - especially since one of the flaws was a missing coffee-pot. (Which I stressed was an important flaw to us.) Later on I by chance got hold of a person with connection to the premises, and he brought a brandnew coffeemachine (including a coffeepot) the next day. But still - this ment that we for several days could not brew morning ciffer “as usual”. The cleaning prior to arrived seemed to have been above standard for VRBO. But they had missed an important thing; in the bathroom someone propably had had a nosebleed or something similar, and at the bottom of the sinkcloset there was a quite large dried stain. Also the toiletbrush (which we later learned was actually broken) was standing directly upon the floor. (No bowl)
