About this space
Bring your whole family to this great place enjoying Busch gardens Fireworks from it.
Spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 completely renovated bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other has a shower. Enough space for up to 12 people to relax and have fun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and stove to cook if you need to.
This property has a *Detached in law house on the back of it that it is also rented as an Airbnb. Laundry room & Fire pit area is shared.

Bush Gardens favorite stay, 5 minutes to get to the park, 10 minutes to USF, 20 to downtown Tampa.

BY OUR HOME:
Our home is a Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found in Central Florida. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities!
The location is EXCELLENT ! Youā€™re only minutes away from Bush Gardens, USF university campus, Mosi Museum, downtown, beaches, etc.

THEME PARKS:
Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 2 min away. Dinosaur World is half hour away and Legoland about 45 min.

NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
Armature Works has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river. All around the house you can find restaurants, breweries and fun.
St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music. St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.

KIDS:
We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The Tampa aquarium is very close but there is also Clearwater Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.

MOSI museum, Tampa Museum of Art, Glaziers Museum, USF Contemporary Museum, The Dali Museum, Mission Moonbase, Imagine Museum and Museum of Fine Arts.


THEATERS:
Mahaffey theater, Straz Center, Ruth Eckerd Hall.

MISC.
Sunken Gardens is great and the Botanical Gardens of Largo. Largo Central park has a great Christmas display.

Family vacation

Overall itā€™s a good place to stay. However the water pressure in both bathrooms and kitchen are not very good. Iā€™d book here again and communication was good. We loved how roomy the house was and the bedrooms.

Over all clean and large place. The bad part was the fact that shower handles barely work. They were loose with low water pressure . The beds were about to fall apart , the lighting in the bathrooms along with broken exhaust fans and cracked window makes the experience not worth it . If you have a large family this is not the way . Along with that , at the last minute we come to find out that there were people in the back shed or the house in the rear . I didnā€™t feel safe . Also Vrbo covers them for damages if ANYā€ and we still paid for insurance on top which you cannot opt out .Not what was excepted from the reviews .

Older house

Home has very old couches that sink down very low when you try to sit on them. Kitchen is very tiny so luckily we were not doing any cooking or eating there. Only one TV in the whole 4 bedroom house and cable kept going in and out. A/C vent in bathroom with shower was very dirty. A/C in bedroom was very loud when it kicked on. Beds were comfortable and had good pillows.

We had 10 people stayed for USF graduation. The house is conveniently close to USF and Busch Gardens where we went. The house was clean and there was enough space for everyone.

It was a gigantic space with sleeping for 12. The location was fantastic if you want to be in the University Area or busch gardens.lots of good food only a short uber ride away.

Nice place

Oscar is a great commentator! The house worked perfect for us. We stopped, ate, washed clothes and slept. Got up in the morning and went to the airport (nice drive). With this place, all was good.

Great place to stay

I would not hesitate to stay at this property again! Oscar was great to deal with and very rapid to respond. Coming in at night I was unsure of the area based on a previous review I ready but also saw they said they would stay there again. It is on a dead end road with hotels on the other side of the fence. When I plan a trip to Busch Gardens with the kids, I will definitely plan to book here.

Good place to say.

This place had great space. It was clean and a good location. The only negative experience we had was that the smell of bleach was strong from the cleaning person as they mopped the floor. The smell did last for until the next morning after we checked in.

This property was very dirty. There was pubic hair in one bed and dirt in another, the refrigerator and sink were dirty. An old used sponge was in the sink. While the owner was responsive to my concerns when we couldnā€™t get the air on, my children were getting ready for bed and they sent someone to clean I guess because we complained, without waiting for me to confirm. In an already sketchy location, having someone banging at our door is unsettling. We turned them away and left first thing the next morning. I contacted the owner again and they didnā€™t respond to my message when we checked out early. Definitely not with 250 a night for a family if you want to feel safe and clean.

Close to Busch Gardens

This house was very large and offered sleeping space for a family of 8 people with a bed to spare. Short drive to Busch Gardens allowed us to come back for lunch and re-enter the park after a break. Very sparse and plain but we were only looking for a space to sleep and eat. Kitchen and laundry came in handy.

The property was clean and seemed freshly painted but a some of the work was incomplete? (framing around doors, closet doors missing? The location for going to Busch gardens was perfect. The surrounding neighborhood was not as good as one would want.
