The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, full reclining sofa chair, and a flat-screen cable TV. When you’re not out and about, watch your favorite movies or television series, before falling into a deep slumber on the couch for a rejuvenating afternoon nap.

Open to the kitchen and dining area, those relaxing in the living room can easily engage with those who are cooking. The chef of the group will love the kitchen, which is complete with tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Gather with friends and family around the dining room table for all of your delicious home-cooked meals.

Step through the sliding glass doors behind the living room sofas to enter the private backyard. Enjoy splashing around in the screened-in swimming HEATED POOL, or relaxing on the shaded patio, complete with outdoor furniture.

Take the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to access the shorelines of the Gulf of Mexico, only a half an hour drive from the property! Surf and boogie board the waves at the endless beaches that stretch from St. Petersburg to Clearwater.

For a day spent golfing near the house, be sure to bring your clubs and swing out onto the variety of fairways in Sun City Center.
