"Loved our stay at the Loft! Was so easy to travel the wine trail. The Loft itself was perfect for us. We were looking for a weekend of R & R, this was the perfect spot! Hot tub was a perfect spot to relax before hitting the wine trail and then a perfect spot to relax after a busy day to relax with a nice bottle from the wine trail. We will definitely be back!"

"I traveled with 7 other women and we stayed at this wonderful location. The house is split into two separate living quarters (there is no adjoining door). Both units were incredibly cute and comfortable. This is the perfect location for the wine trail. It sits across from a bourbon bar and a couple of the girls walked across both nights we stayed. The Quetil Trailhead is a wonderful walking trail that is situated close to this location. We enjoyed the trail both mornings for our early activity....

"Host had the cabin very clean. New leather couch & recliner. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Washer & Dryer were excellent. Another Rental house near, long-term renters were very quiet. Internet not very good in the Illinois woods. Closed cabin has a musty smell from humidity in the woods. Host had an automatic air freshener going to help with air quality."

"We were traveling in for our daughter’s college graduation and found this rental to be ideal! The host has the home decorated nicely to make you feel at home. The home is supplied with anything and everything you would need for your stay. Having the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup to run and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Thank you!"

"This was exactly what we needed for our trip!! My partner and I are rock climbers, we visit this area often to climb at the Holy Boulders in Pomona, and we came up at this time to see the eclipse. Usually we camp or stay up in Carbondale, but we are already looking at coming back here for our next trip! Alto Pass is so cute and cozy, and it was so nice to come back here and recharge after long days of climbing and hiking in the woods. Steve is an awesome host, and his spot is fully equipped with...

"We loved the privacy of the dead end road, and we felt like our kids were safe to play outside while we enjoyed the beautiful view from the back porch. The cabin was perfect for our 2 families, plenty of seating in the main room, the eating area, and the outdoor area. We also loved the location, very close Ferne Cliff State Park and not too far from Giant City State Park for hiking. We hope to stay here again!"
