"We had 31 people in this home. There is plenty of room for everyone!!! The kitchen was a dream kitchen to use and the eating area for everyone was amazing. We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. They seemed like individual "hotel" rooms but it worked out great for each of the families. You do access them from outside but it is all covered so not a problem. A cover for the dock...

"My husband and I went to this cabin for a weekend getaway and had a great time! The cabin itself was clean and cool, the bed was very comfortable, and the screened porch was FANTASTIC! Don't go expecting the wifi to do amazing things because you are a bit remote, but you won't miss it with the amazing view."

"Relaxing we floated around in water done some fishing! Fishing wasn’t great due to time of year being very hot. Was told catfish is great to catch there but not much on catfish fishing lol! But we enjoyed our stay state park only couple miles away able to rent boats and find whatever you need for fishing swimming picnic very nice park! Would highly recommend. "

"Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. "

"Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!"

"It was a great location plenty of room for the family just needed more garbage cans cause this family makes a lot of garbage cause we stay there and eat three meals a day plus snacks other than that it was awesome."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!"

"Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The views, water access were perfect. Large areas to relax or be active in the lake kept everyone busy. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need! Communication was also superb, very fast to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and we hope to return next summer!"
