I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents, who are separated, to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find condos in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If this listing is available, my dad isn't in town, and so his beautiful condo is available to use!

Our condo is conveniently located just 5 miles (10-minute drive) from FSUā€”close enough for easy access, yet comfortably removed from the college hustle, creating a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll also find grocery options like Publix nearby, and Whole Foods is just a 15-minute drive away. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, beautiful parksā€”including some with pickleball courtsā€”and much more for you to enjoy!

Best condo and best host

We have stayed at a lot of places, but this was the best. It truly was a home away from home. Andrew was also the best host/owner. We had several requests and he replied within five minutes every time. Appliances were great including a crock pot and air fryer. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. The location was great and we enjoyed walking around the complex in the evenings. If you visit Tallahassee, this condo should be at the top of your list.

Resort living

This condo is 5 start living at its finest! I usually bring so much with me when I travel but didn't need to this time. Andrew's place was beautiful and his attention to detail was a delight. We stayed 2 nights and I was sad that I didn't get to spend more time in the condo. I didn't want to leave and would love for Andrew to come decorate my house! Thank you for sharing your home with me, Andrew. I will definitely try to stay next time I'm in town.

Great Weekend Stay!

I couldnā€™t have imagined a better stay! Andrew was an excellent communicator. We traveled with my family including 3 young girls, ages 3, 6, and 7. The beds were all very comfortable and the home was meticulously cleaned before we arrived. The location was great to go to FSUā€™s comets, about a 10 minute drive. We hope to come back the next time we are up!

Our stay here was great!! Me and my family came to visit our daughter who is attending FSU. Communication was great from the time of booking up until we checked out. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We will stay here again.

Great Stay

Condo was clean and beds super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. No safety concerns. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurants and supermarket were easily accessible on Tennessee Street. Condo was nicely decorated and offered many amenities. Felt right at home. Dishwasher glitched but that was not a problem for us ... just hand washed dishes.

Summer vacation

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the sound machine and fans in the bedrooms too. Great amenities in the kitchen. We also appreciated how close the pool was to the condo. We were very glad we stayed here while visiting our daughter who is going to FSU. Also the host, Andrew responded to us immediately when we ran out of trash bags!

The perfect stay

We came to Tallahassee for a graduation. 5 adults stayed at the property. It was exceptionally clean and cozy and the host did an excellent job with communication. The pool and the fitness center were a huge bonus. Such a great place - I would recommend without hesitation!

Just PERFECT!!

Please let me start by saying that this was, by far, the BEST "home away from home" experience we've ever had on VRBO and other similar travel sites. This condo was absolutely LOVELY!! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had every single thing we could possibly need for a family to be comfortable staying there. ALL of the beds were extremely comfortable and we were never too hot or too cold. Andrew was a wonnnnderful host in every way - - very quick to respond and incredibly warm and welcoming. This was a fantastic experience from the moment I booked until we pulled away from this lovely home. When I return to Tallahassee, this will be the home I look to reserve once again! Weekend at the Capitol

Close enough to downtown and necessities while having all the comforts of home. Loved that the condo had everything we needed, and more.(my daughter loved seeing all the drawers filled with kitchen gadgets , that we didnā€™t need) Close access to the jacuzzi and pool was great for evening relaxing .

This Condo Deserves A Ten

This was my first time visiting Tallahassee. I had no clue where to stay, but I'm so glad I found this condo on VRBO that proved to be far better than staying in any hotel in the area! The photos posted of the condo are exactly what I viewed and more. It's immaculate; no odors, stains, or someone's hair laying around as in some hotels. Great water pressure in the shower, tub and sinks. Everything works, nothing broken! The location of the condo is very quiet during the day and night. My family and I felt safe staying there. The pool, hot tub and gym are just a few feet away, so you don't have to move your car to get there. Fence and lovely landscape provides privacy from your view. A Walmart is close to do shopping. I applaud our VRBO Host, Andrew on his excellent interior design. It's such a beautiful place, every piece of furniture and accessory for us to enjoy and relax. Also, there is a very nice book that include "do's and don'ts" just in case you need a reminder, things to do, places to eat, some family pictures and most importantly his phone number for any questions or needs. Andrew is the perfect host, who sends information and updates in a timely manner. He is very friendly too! I definitely recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed. If I have an opportunity to visit Tallahassee again, this will be my happy place!

Very Clean & close to FSU area

Host communicated quickly smooth in process was great. Close to gym, pool, and a quick drive ( approx 10-12 mins) to FSU area. I would definitely consider staying if back in the area. All appliances, dishes, laundry, all the comforts of home, and wonderfully clean.

Most beautiful VRBO ever

You can tell from the minute you walk in, that this home is loved. The care and thought put into not only the decor, but having everything you could need for your stay, says it all. It was perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Additionally, the owner is a good human and was ultra responsive with any questions we had. It made our stay that much more pleasurable.
