I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay, as I like to give guests their space. However, we always answer promptly should you have any questions or any issues should arise.

The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, friendly and safe. You'll see neighbors jogging, walking dogs and pushing strollers. We love this neighborhood

We provide access through a digital lock and code. You will receive check in instructions with the code prior to your arrival. This code will not work until the time of your reservation, however.

This is Definitely a Home away from Home. Very comfortable with all the amenities you will need. Highest speed WiFi, blankets, smart Tv's, indoor laundry, plethora of appliances and cookware. An outdoor area for sitting with a fenced in yard for your pet

Vehicle

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. Please note that the garage door has sensors, which means if you close garage door at the pad and then attempt to exit before it closes, you must step over the laser to avoid reversing the door direction. This is a safety feature that prevents the door from closing on someone or something.

Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.
Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.
