This unit at the St. Francis Lakeside development has 3 bed, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 6 people. It also comes with HOA amenities such as, beach access, a pier, a swimming pool, tennis courts, spas (open 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm), and courtyard BBQ facilities. The location is perfect; it's only a few minutes from beautiful biking/hiking trails and some of the best ski resorts in the country. The upstairs living room is open concept and it is a great space for groups to sit around the fire and enjoy meals together. This space also has access to the balcony, which is perfect for the summertime. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 people and eclectic décor. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 which are en-suite, that are updated and a full washer/dryer set. The location of this unit is perfect for out-of-town guests, as it is very close to Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment.

The indoor spa is closed starting mid-March to Christmas, and the outdoor spa and pool is open before Memorial Day until Labor Day.

PLEASE NOTE: Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This complex does not permit wood burning in the summer months, this includes in the fireplace. This home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short Term Rental regulations, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers.

Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
