Enjoy a private hot tub, modern updates throughout the interior, and the pleasant sounds of the creek from the spacious deck.

Choose from a plethora of nearby summertime activities, or relax and lounge on the shores of Lake Tahoe. In the winter, head mere minutes to access the slopes at Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski resorts.

LIVING AREA

Open beam ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace add an inviting lodge-like ambience to the living area. In the evening, kick back on the comfy chaise sofa to stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

Relax with a good book in the bonus living area, outfitted with a futon.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of helpful appliances and gadgets.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it's time to eat, gather around the eight-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a twin-size futon in the bonus living area.

Find comfort in a queen bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible via the laundry room) has a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, featuring two queen beds. The third bedroom is also outfitted with a queen bed. The lavish guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in the fresh mountain air and listen to the soothing sounds of Ward Creek on the spacious deck. Or relax in the private hot tub. This fantastic property also features 100' of private beach along the creek for you to enjoy!

In the evening, keep mealtime simple and sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided. Four-wheel drive is required to access the property during the winter months.

This rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Firewood is not provided.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Head 1 mile to find a selection of tasty eateries and local shops.

In warmer months, venture just 1 mile to spend the day on the shores of Lake Tahoe at William Kent Beach.

Spend fun-filled winter days on the slopes at Alpine Meadows (3.5 miles), Homewood Mountain (4.5 miles), or Squaw Valley (10 miles).

Go hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing at Page Meadows (2.5 miles). Or try zip-lining at Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park (3.5 miles).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

i can’t understand hoy the rent a property in that conditions kitchens gabinete old broken and bugs , kitchen from year 1800 really old but the real problem is it doesn’t work

Cozy, clean, comfy cabin!
We had a wonderful time at this cabin - many of us stay frequently in Tahoe and this was one of the cleanest properties we've ever seen. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable with soft linen. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the proximity to cute markets and brunch places. Our only feedback was that there were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper in the house with no extra (we looked everywhere), and maybe a few squirts of dish soap so we had to run out to purchase these staple necessities. Also, one of the upper bedrooms didn't have a window covering on a window facing the street, so at night you could look right in and in the morning light came through (we just changed in the bathroom). Still would recommend without any hesitation!

Very clean and nice furniture.
I've stayed in 3 different houses in this area and this is by far the nicest I've been in. It has the classic Tahoe City crappy electric stove and fluorescent light but that's almost a requirement. The furniture is new and nice, the cleaners do an excellent job, and it was just a very enjoyable place to stay. The upstairs is recently remodeled and just lovely; the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are more dated but still nicely maintained. I wish I'd brought rubber slides for the short walk to hot tub (it's down the deck stairs and a couple steps on pebbles, instead of right on the deck outside the door as I expected) but you will be fine barefooted if you don't!

Great for a ski weekend or weekend at Lake Tahoe
We stayed here for a ski weekend at Palisades Tahoe. It was perfect for 2 families. Right next to West Shore Market for odds and ends. We didn't drive into Tahoe City, but that would be easy enough had we wanted to. The hot tub was great for 4 people.

Great layout
We had a great stay - the layout of the house allowed for a lot of flexibility with sleeping arrangements for our family. Everybody loved the setup. Outdoor space was so nice and quiet at all times of day. Location was great. Was able to walk to weat shore market and go to beach right there - didn’t have to get in a car if we didn’t want to. Also centrally located for all the spots we wanted to hit while we were in Lake Tahoe. Could not have been happier - would definitely recommend this place.
