"The property is very nice. The rules were very easy to follow. The house was extremely clean and we left it the same way we came. We cleaned up very good before we left. Put all the dishes away silverware. All the appliances were great. The upstairs fireplace was good. It really warmed up the house nicely and it provided great ambiance. We did not try the wood stove downstairs in the basement."

"We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday, Girls Trip style. This house is beautiful and was exactly what we needed. The grounds were very icy due to the harsh weather conditions but the host made sure to send someone out to plow and salt right away. We had so much fun. I will definitely book with this host the next time I visit the Poconos. "

"The house was very fun! We had room for 14 of us. The older kids liked that there was a tv in each bedroom. The pool was the perfect temperature and we all had a great time swimming. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots for everything we needed."

"This was nicely located in Tobyhanna. We went snowboarding at camelback and to Scranton with this house as our base. It was as described.We arrived Monday at 530 and the master bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned, bed unmade and bathroom full of used towels. They came at 8 am the next morning, so we did not use that bathroom or bedroom which was a bummer.They were polite "

"Great trip- lake house was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Weather was so-so, but still nice for some late season skiing, relaxing in the hot tub by the lake, and hiking around the perimeter of the lake. We plan to stay again in the summer. "

"Wonderful house. Hot tub was great. Clean and organized. Games for kids. Record player was great. Alexa helped to ask some questions about the area. On the lake. Beautiful view. Host was accessible. The only tough part was trying to find the dumpster to throw out the trash. You have to drive for this. "

"We enjoyed our stay, clean and in a great location to skiing and pocono area.Thank you. "

"Pros: The pool was excellent, well kept and clean. Silvio was responsive to any issues that came up along the way. The location is nice and quiet. Cons: Most of the furniture was stained, broken and decrepit. The lighting was sallow and yellow. The kitchen cabinets had a smell and the remote was so sticky we put it in a ziploc to use it. We would return if the house was updated and freshened up to promote a clean and inviting feel."

"My husband and I had a nice Autumn week in the Poconos. The house was clean and tidy. Omkar was polite and responsive to any question we had. The house has a nice view of the sunrise each day. And we were lucky to have daily visits from the local deer. The neighborhood is a mix of rentals and permanent homes. Everyone we met was friendly. The next-door neighbor (on the north side of Omkar’s house) does not take care of their yard and their home is in a state of disrepair. The back yard...

"The property was as described size and amenity wise. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time. Some down sides are the closets did not have hangers and the master closet does not have a hanging rod. The basement and the extra tv area were also very cold. Otherwise we would definitely rent this property again. "

"Lisa's property was great! It was very clean, had all the essentials, and the beds were VERY comfortable. Lusa was very responsive. It was minutes away from a hiking trail aling the Delaware Water Gap. My husband and I hope to be back!"
