-NO big PARTY nor EVENT allowed, we welcome small friend and family gathering :)
-Upon 24 hours of booking, reservation holder must provide items below via guest check-in portal for community safety and verification purposes:
1. A picture of reservation holder's ID.
2. A list of your overnight guests names.
-The reservation holder must have a clear profile picture.
-THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS will be canceled immediately with no refund. Reservation holder must check-in in person.
-NO EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS without prior approval.
-No glass ware around hot tub, No adding oil, bath products to the tub. Close the Hot Tub lid properly after each use immediately.
-NO smoking allowed indoor.
-NO PETS allowed unless agreement is in place.
-Please respect our neighbors, QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM.
- NO furniture rearrangement.
-LONG TERM STAYS (monthly) are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $100 every two weeks to ensure cleanliness of the space. This will be collected separately as additional service and also help to avoid third party booking platform fee on guest.
-$150 replacement fee for lost garage remote key.
- NO excessive trash dumping and please recycle items in the recycle bin. Kindly take the large trash bins out every Sunday night for Monday morning pick up and return back to side of the house. Additional charge of $10 per bag that doesn't fit inside the large bin.
- NO MAIL will be accepted at this address, regardless of length of stay. Package is allowed via parcel pending room signup upon request.
-Any issues regarding the property must be addressed directly to Freedom Sojourn immediately. Permission will be automatically granted for the host and/or hosting team or any assistants to enter the property to attempt to remedy any issue. Any denied permission of entry automatically forfeits your request for a refund to the host or Airbnb, and/or the space is determined suitable for the entire stay.
-NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, etc..).
-Reservation holder is responsible for any MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). An inventory check is perform before guest check in and out.
-Please kindly notify us right away if something got broken, so the host can work on replacement asap.
-Pest control is done periodically; we are not responsible for any insect’s activity found inside the home.
-Check out time: 11am
Unauthorized Late check out: $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for late check out. Extra $100 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking.
-Booking this property and checking into our home, constitutes agreement to all of our house rules. You and your guests agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you see compensation of any type, including partial or complete refunds for any such disclosures as listed above.
