NEIGHBORHOOD
This is by the far the best neighborhood in Tacoma, right in the heart of Old Town and two blocks from the waterfront with expansive views of the Puget Sound. Just minutes from the Tacoma Dome, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, and Point Ruston (with a movie theatre and amazing shopping and dining). Guests can hit the Proctor farmer's market, the fresh fish market on Ruston Way, or explore nightlife in downtown Tacoma. Three are Uber drivers aplenty, the bus stop is within a block, and you can even ride bikes.
PARKING
Ample on-street parking available, and for persons who cannot do the staircase from the front street, back street parking is also available.

Please note that the front of the property is on a main road, and while it's typically not an issue, sensitive sleepers may notice some traffic noise.
Accessing this property requires navigating steps with no railing. The front of the property has a somewhat steep and narrow staircase up from 30th street. The path from the alley at the back of the property has fewer steps with railings on most stairs.
