The apartment is located on the second floor of an elegant building and opens onto a corridor that leads to the different rooms. Casa Mia has the typical conformation of early 20th century apartments: each room has a balcony, communicates with the adjacent one as well as being accessible from the corridor. Every piece of furniture has been studied and chosen with great care and attention to every detail to enhance each space and the original colored cement tiles.
The living area includes a living room with a double sofa bed and a television, a second room with a dining table and armchairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a juicer, and a toaster. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, wi-fi connection, heating, and air conditioning.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
