"Everything was absolutely fantastic! Anne is a wonderful host. Very kind, responsive, and proactive with communication. Her lake house is gorgeous. Beautifully renovated, it is an idyllic location. Amazing beach, stunning stone steps bordered by hydrangeas that were in full bloom. A truly delightful stay for my wife and I and our 3 kids. Thank you, Anne and family for generously sharing your part of Skaneateles Lake!"

"We had a Syracuse graduation and the stay was extremely comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep but it does fit 3 cars. Only drawback was that the shower was impossibly small. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"Our family reunion in Auburn was amazing in this big beautiful house with a spacious yard and easy lake access. Everything was just as promised and the landlord couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nine adults and three kids had plenty of room to enjoy our family meals and activities. The kitchen is very large and meal prep was a lot of fun. There was plenty of bedroom space and a few bonus rooms for people to sit and enjoy a bit of relaxing time away from the bustle. "

"We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!"

"We were gathering from MN and FL with our families to celebrate our Mom’s birthday. Having a large residence with three living space floors worked out so well. Mom and two other siblings came for a few hours during the days. A nine month old baby meeting her great grandmother was priceless. We were able to grill out and the kitchen(s) had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and en suite bathrooms as well. Everyone was very comfortable in the variety of living spaces. "Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! "
