"My husband and I stayed the weekend. The property was just as listed and very accommodating. The property is beautiful and the stay was great. The little touches inside and out were what really made this stay great. We will definitely be back next trip to town. "

"This property is small, but nice for hunters or a group of 4. It would be nice to have a toaster included in the kitchen supplies, but nice area to prepare meals in, eat in & play games at tables. The "hunter" themed decorations were fun, especially the bobcat sitting at the fireplace. We enjoyed our stay, until the downpour of rain came & created a river flowing through the back of the cabin (not hosts fault). We enjoyed our stay & visit of the area."

"This was a quiet neighborhood.We were in town for a weekend event and this floor plan worked great for our family.I was able to speak with the owner and told him that we would try to book this again for the next year."

"We had a wonderful stay. It was my two sons, adults and my husband. The house was so unique. Yes, it is old, but it has so much character and we absolutely loved it. The host answered any questions and concerns. I had very quickly and exceeded my expectations."

"Very clean, newly updated and renovated interior. Looked exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Very comfortable accommodations for a family visit in Brooklet. Easy access to Statesboro. Back yard needs some clean up and landscaping for guests to be able to use the outside area at all.Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"

"This property owner ruined our GSU Family weekend. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!"

"This is a neat property. It was a perfect location for our trip. Easy walk for coffee, breakfast, dining, etc. We enjoyed a walk to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. It was such a treat!"

"The loft was very nice, quiet, great restaurant below the area. Kitchen utensils and cookware very limited. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, bathroom has ceiling heat. Loft is electric heat."

"Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often. Overall we had a great time and...

"We booked The Pond House for Homecoming weekend and were completely satisfied with our stay! Super easy checkin and the house was beautiful. The host left us some handpicked flowers and fresh apples, both were fantastic. Our kids loved the pond and we loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings! We will certainly stay here again."

Perfect for its purpose

"Besides the accommodation, which we chose last minute during our road trip, and the suite that was good enough for its purpose, what we most appreciated was the impeccable customer service: the front desk staff and the breakfast team. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant. We felt truly welcomed, even for just one night! One minor thing, just to be completely honest: I think the walls are quite thin because another guest turned the TV on at a very high volume at 4 a.m., which woke us up, and it was hard to fall back asleep. But we understand this is more a fault of an inconsiderate guest than the hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious! We didn’t expect that! Thank you!"
