"Second time here. Loved it. Clean and like a hotel efficiency but cozier. Great view from balcony. Quiet neighbors. Street noise tolerable although ear plugs would help light sleepers. East check in and out and great communication. Parking is a plus. Will be back. "

"Djeson is a great host. Responsive and diligent. We stayed for a week and at the beginning of our stay we notice a wasp nest on the entrance to our unit. He immediately got to work to get rid of it. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean. And it was spacious enough for the 4 of us. There are a few things worth mentioning about the place. It’s on the second level but you can still hear everything from the unit below including a child that cried every morning at 7 am. I am up...

"We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again"

"We two had an excellent, peaceful stay, and slept well. Most everything was lovely and high quality, including the art and linens. Beds were excellent and bathroom was also despite the two doors that connected it. Our only disappointment was the kitchen, which had about a 24 square inch work space and inadequate utensils (no baking sheet, spatula, or wood mixing spoon). We ate in three nights in a row, after busy days, and made due with the microwave. If guests are eating lunch and dinner...
