The main floor features a gourmet Kitchen, eat-in Breakfast Nook, formal Dining Room, Great Room, Powder Room, Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a spa tub), and Sunroom. All that on one floor!! The lower level hosts another Bedroom, full Bathroom, Laundry room, and large Living Room with a Game Table Nook as well. The Upper Level is home to 3 Bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 full Bathrooms, and a Dedicated Workspace / Sitting Area. Two patio spaces and a large yard make this the perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxing and fun.
Guests will have the entire house and property to themselves, with the ability to access all 3 levels. There is a Dedicated Workspace and Sitting Area on the upper level which is available to guests.

There is a 4k TV in the living room (65") and another downstairs (42"), both with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, and AT&T TV Now for live channels incl HBO). We have a UHD Blu-Ray/DVD player connected in the living room. They can also be used with Xbox, etc -- please bring your own cables. Wifi is available.
This is a complete Smoke Free and Pet Free property and home. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.

Due to this being a mountaintop community, sound travels extremely well to the neighbors. Please be mindful of this when enjoying yourself outdoors. We want to respect our neighbors and keep this property available for guests.
