Chalés em Sustenpass,

"3ème location abritel et c'est la meilleure que nous ayons eue. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. A notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a fait faire un tour de la ville en van pour nous montrer ce dont nous avions besoin (lac, piscine, magasins, restaurants). En plus de tout ce qui était à disposition dans l'appartement (corbeille de fruits frais, boissons, chocolats pour les enfants, pain etc), il nous a offert des œufs frais, du miel et des cerises de la ferme. Jamais nous...

"Es war super -die Gegend ist perfekt- das Haus ist geräumig- leider ist die Deckenhöhe im Erdgeschoss zu niedrig. Das war so nirgends angegeben. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß- dennoch hatten wir wunderbare Tage . Der Vermieter ist super nett und unkompliziert."

Loved seeing all the sheep and cows every morning, the views of the mountains and waterfalls right at our doorstep. "This house had ample room for everyone, and was right on the main road with the bus to Grindelwald. The beds were comfortable, and we had a room unlocked for us so that each person could have their own room. We appreciated the large dining room table and kitchen that had all we needed. Note: the garbage bags are under the Oven but we did not know that. Also we learned after our exit that we were to take all of our recycling with us when we left and drop it off at different places in the town....

"The property has the most outstanding views of Lake Lucerne and is situated in a remote spot on the edge of a quiet village. Beautiful area. The garden and hot tub are not well maintained, with the garden being quite overgrown and not as per photos. View from ground floor bedroom was obscured by plants that need to be cut back. Third bed (made of pallets) wasn’t made up on arrival and no linen in the property to allow us to do it ourselves. Owner was quick to reply to my message, but no apology...
