"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."

"The images don’t do the backyard justice, it’s big and spacious. This feature is important to my family and I because we’re traveling with our pups. The property as a whole was very clean. "Our family had a great time at this property over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean, well supplied (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) and is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, roadways, etc. All the TVs, appliances, pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. worked propoerly - no technical problems. Communications with the property owners was easy and they were very responsive, as we the local property manager. We would definitely consider staying at this...

"Property and house was nice. The pool area was private. Our only complaint was reading all the rules they had written down that you are supposed to follow. Example, completely clean the grill or be charged $100. We decided not to use it. Everything needs to be exactly where it was. You are told you need to do some cleaning while there. While I'm sure everyone does that don't like being told I have to. Also says all towels should be cleaned the morning you leave except one dirty one for each...

"Great place close to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. At first I was skeptical due to a review stating about kitchen cabinets, location etc. After reading all the reviews I decided to book this place anyways. To my surprise our 10 day stay was wonderful, big house with all the amenities & great pool. David was very nice & our vacation was wonderful. See you next year david!"

"The property was more beautiful than we expected. There was more than enough space to lounge eat or relax. It was so clean we didn’t use the linens or pillows we brought with us. Anything we forgot to bring was in the pantry! And which host leaves us sodas, water and a bottle of great wine?… Richard! We didn’t want to leave and have decided to return in the spring, summer and fall next year. Thanks for treating us so well. Bravo Paradise!!"

"We loved staying here! The condo was clean and beautiful inside. The view out on the back screened in porch was great. We really enjoyed the location and were able to fish in the Everglades, go shelling on Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Lovers Key State Park. We visited Naples Pier and checked out the night life in the area. The condo has a huge TV and it was fun to watch March Madness basketball. Overall an excellent place to stay!"
