"We stayed for christmas with our 4 kids and we couldn't ask for a better place. The house is really well located, 15 minutes from Miami beach and really close to downtown with nice places to walk around the neighborhood and restaurants and ice cream close by. The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy and Sam and Andy were so nice. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns and they even put up a christmas tree for the kids with little gifts. We cannot recommend this...

"Nice place . Clean. Check in process a little difficult . Keyless entry did not work . Had to call the support number to gain access to the lockbox that contained the key to open the door . "

"The house could use some updates, but overall worked for our family and friends. You could easily walk to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Craig was easy to talk to and helpful with issues that arose while we stayed."

"The house and property are just as pictured. Great location, clean and the host was great to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, spices & some condiments. Short drive to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We were three couples that stayed here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I highly recommend."

"Our family of 7 along with brother and sister in law stayed a couple nights before leaving for a cruise. We didn’t leave the property. Neighborhood was quiet and short drive from airport and port. Pool and patio was great. Overall stay was good, grill ran out of gas when grilling and couldn’t get a new tank until next morning so had to transition half cooked meat to kitchen. Overall was clean, but daughter has dog allergies and had mild reaction after contact with couch likely due to dog...

"Great experience. The house had a lot of space for our family of five and the beds could comfortably accommodate six persons plus there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with sufficient tableware and cutlery to fill the apparently very new and silent dishwasher. We experienced the neighborhood as very silent and safe.
