Surfside Breezes will accommodate 13 guests comfortably. The main floor has 1 King bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room off of the kitchen/great room and directly accessible to the main level screened in porch. Three additional bedrooms are located on the second floor all with en suite baths. The master includes a bonus room with a pull out sleeper chair. The second bedroom on the upper level also features a bonus room complete with a single daybed. The third upper bedroom features a captains bund with a double sized bunk below and a single bunk above. All the upper bedrooms include their own bathrooms This home offers all of the conveniences needed for a great week of rest and relaxation. You will also find a few items that should help save some space when packing the car - a highchair, pack & play and hair dryers in each bath are conveniently located at the house! Ample guest storage for beach toys abounds and there are two outdoor h/c showers;(only one is enclosed).
