THIS OCEAN LAKES BEACH FRONT FAMILY-OWNED PROPERTY is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom home, perfectly located right on the beach in Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

909 Beachtime is less than 20 steps from the beach!! Enjoy the deck that overlooks the ocean!! We have a custom Tiki Bar with beautiful lighting and decor!!

Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious family-owned home! Come relax on the deck while enjoying the view of the beach and ocean!

Ocean Lakes is a gated community with extraordinary amenities including a large resort style pool, water park, kids splash zone, miniature golf, lazy river, indoor pool, arcade, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, several lakes for fishing, recreation center, general store and café. Rec center also offers ping pong tables and bicycle rentals. Church services are also on site. Enjoy peace of mind with 24-hour security patrols and gated entry. Make sure to check the Ocean Lakes website for pool opening times for off season.

Park your car and you never have to leave Ocean Lakes, but if you choose, the house is located just 10 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach attractions such as golfing (over 100 courses!), amusement parks, shows, outlet malls, museums, etc., and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach.

PARTYING IS NOT ALLOWED – NO LOUD/VULGAR MUSIC OR BEHAVIOR
STRICT 3 car pass approval only. Motorcycles and Gas Golf Carts are not permitted to ride in Ocean Lakes.
Parking for 3 cars maximum. No enclosed trailers permitted.
Linen service to include (sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, bathmats, and hand towels)
Please make sure to complete the rental agreement with this VRBO listing. It will be sent via DocuSign.

Please Note House Rules:
-Must be 26 years of age to book and an adult must accompany minors at the home during the entire rental period. Please do not book for minors, and college students under 26.
- Photos ID’s of all guests 16 and over as well as a list of occupants and ages of everyone staying on the property MUST be sent to the property manager by text or email before your arrival. This is for insurance purposes and for Ocean Lakes to have a list of occupants in case of emergency.
- All Ocean Lakes Campground rules, policies and SC laws apply. Any Ocean Lakes or home rule violations may result in removal with no refund and forfeiture of deposit.
- Home is well maintained. Please report any damage or hazards to property manager immediately.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. EVIDENCE OF PETS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT

Perfect Vacation
We just got home from spending a week here. I can’t say enough about this home. We booked last minute, had many questions and had everything booked and answered very quickly. we even extended our stay we enjoyed it so much. The house was very clean and even had all necessities included.

Steps to the beach!!!
We loved our stay here!! Walk out of the house and you’re on the beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and loaded with all amenities. The cute decor adds to the fun, and multiple hoses help to keep the sand away. You’re so close, I didn’t even wear shoes to the beach. Everyone in our group loved it, and we can’t wait to go back next year. Thanks 909 Beachtime!

This house is my favorite in Ocean Lakes! I love the ocean-front views, clean and neatly decorated home, and it’s peaceful location within the park. The owner is quick to respond and is super friendly/helpful.

Family Spring Break
We loved our stay at this rental. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable for our family group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The balcony view is outstanding! Not only is the house great, but to have the amenities of the campground was a huge plus. We rented golf cart and enjoyed the campgrounds amenities, the store, and the activities. We’ll definitely book this house again one day.

Beautiful Beachtime
From the start when we first started looking to the day we locked the door and said our goodbyes. There is no complaints. The property manager was available every step of the way and checked in on us when a storm came through. The house is beautiful and super easy to get to the beach. We are looking to come back. My family adore everything and had such a great time. It’s the perfect place to make memories with your family!

Perfect stay
This property has it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfect spot and view everything was close by and could even walk to it if we wanted to. I'd say the only annoying thing is the golf cart parade every night of the week because they blocked off the area down by the beach. The traffic for the rest of the resort was highest around this time where you were able to travel. I have an ebike I used most because I didn't rent the golf cart. That is my only complaint and this has nothing to do with the property itself. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We had enough pots/pans and dishware for all along with beach chairs..they even provided shower towels. This place was the bomb!!

909 Beachtime
This property was absolutely amazing. The ocean view from every bedroom along with the ability to sit on the couch and watch the tide come in was only surpassed by the amazing deck. Not only was the house beautifully decorated but the owners thought of everything you could need for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was fully outfitted with top of the line appliances and cookware, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries, the deck had an adorable tiki bar and there were even beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. What more could you ask for?!? Also SteAnn was helpful with any needs we had and check in and out was simple and flawless. The house was literally steps from the beach and we look forward to renting again!!
