We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

COMFORTABLE COASTAL LIVING at an affordable price. This neat 2-bedroom bungalow is Ideal accommodation for families, couples and Solo's. The beach is so close that you can actually hear the waves from the front porch. A 600m walk and you’ll arrive at “SURF BEACH” a family friendly, sandy beach. You will feel most at home here with all LINEN AND TOWELS included with your stay. PET FRIENDLY. Fully fenced and gated backyard for your furry friend to join in on the holiday.

Five reasons to stay “At The Bungalows” ALL YEAR ROUND:
1. Central Location to explore all of the Island’s beaches and attractions. 
2. Selection of DVD’s, a PlayStation & collection of board games for a rainy day.
3. Comfort in any season. Split system heating/cooling.

5. “Surfies Point”, the closest surf break is at its best in the cooler months.

The master and tri-bunk bedrooms sleep up to 5 occupants comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is great for home-cooked meals and the WASHING MACHINE is perfect for the longer stays. The Bungalows also provides a number of extras that you wont find elsewhere. Complimentary coffee pods and tea, a Chromecast, selection of DVD’s and a PlayStation 2 for the kids,

SURF BEACH is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You’ll never feel too far away from anything here. A 10-minute drive for groceries/restaurants at either Cowes or San Remo.
The beach itself is dog friendly and hosts one of the best surf breaks on the island, Surfies Point.

The Bungalows makes a great base for Phillip Islands hottest attractions. The Moto GP track is just a 5-minute drive away and the Penguin Parade a further 10 minutes.
Walking distance from a bottle shop, coffee & pizza vans, public transport & bicycle tracks.

Ideally situated for sightseeing!
My husband and I, together with our indoors-only rescue cat, enjoyed staying at Kim's property. It was ideally situated for us to do all our planned sightseeing on Phillip Island with everything just minutes away. Aside from it being very convenient, the house was in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood so it was very relaxing in the evenings. Inside it was clean and well-maintained plus comfortable. There was nothing to fault and we would happily recommend this property to others.

Phillip Island Escape
We wanted somewhere to stay that was not in the hustle and bustle of Cowes. Being in the middle of the island, "At The Beach" was centrally located to everything (eg. Nobbies, San Remo, Rhyll market, Churchill Is., Cowes, trail walks to Kilcunda, etc) so a car is essential. A supermarket is just a short drive to Woolamai. Set one block in from the highway, the accommodation is really comfortable and provides everything you need. Only two units on the block so very quiet and safe for children to play outside. Whilst the accommodation is not located at a safe swimming beach, Surf Beach is a beautiful location for a morning or evening walk along the sand and is very close to the unit. I noticed there is a coffee van and a pizza van located on the hwy 600 m away near the Bottle-O. There were only two of us however "At The Beach" easy accommodates up to 5 people.

Beautiful beach stay
A lovely bungalow only 5 or so minute walk to the beach. Secure yard, handy parking and ideal amenities. Comfy beds, a great kitchen and air conditioning was very much appreciated. We loved our stay at Beachly bungalow 2.

Relaxing pet friendly stay
Lovely pet friendly getaway. Kim was very responsive to all messages and bungalow had all we needed including milk and coffee and some little treats :) Great yard for a dog and dog also welcome indoors. Very clean environment for humans and pets. Highly recommend.

Tidy villa in a good location
We really enjoyed our week stay at this villa. It was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beach wasn’t a far walk and we enjoyed our walks along the esplanade with our dog. Great secure dog friendly yard too! It was far enough off the highway that it wasn’t too noisy. We’ll be back to stay again!

Wonderful accommodation!
I shouldn't be leaving a review like this, as we intend returning and it might encourage more people to stay at Kims place, thus making it harder for us to book in the future. BUT Kims place delivered in spades. It suited us perfectly. Slightly off the highway so noise was at minimum, many condiments etc provided along with a welcoming bottle of red, very fresh and clean, wifi and TV, lots of pillows, easy parking, and no "house rules" posters in our face. If you decide to visit, please treat Kims place with respect as he provides great accommodation and a great service. cheers Peter

Great cosy villa in central location
My teenage son and I came for a surfing competition, and loved our stay. The villa was clean and light and had everything we needed. Was in a good central spot for exploring the island, and reasonably close to the beach. The weather was terrible when we came, and the villa had heating and was nice and cosy.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. In close proximity of everything you would want to do on the island all while feeling in a nice and quiet, remote area. The price is well justified by the attention to detail and extras provided. Great indoor and outdoor area, and most improtantly, roaming bunnies at night, what more could you want!

Really comfortable and lovely to stay in, as well as perfectly positioned to access all the good surf breaks on the Island. Kids loved the PS2, all the DVDs and board games. Dog loved being included. Washing machine and clothes line great. Really helpful property manager.

This was a great location for myself and my son to stay at. An easy walk to the beach for low tide rock pool exploring and a quick drive to all of the fabulous places Phillip Island has to offer. A great bungalow that had everything we needed and was super comfy.

Quiet, peaceful but close to everything
A clean, pretty unit, super comfy with everything you need. A glorious beach at the end of the street and the whole of Phillip Island no more than 15 mins drive away. The perfect central location. Would def recommend and will come again if we get the opportunity.

Lovely spot in a lovely location!
Coming interstate for a friend’s birthday, our host was excellent in everything from property inclusions to communication. It really made our stay effortless. Linens included, tea and coffee and milk provided, heater and an electric blanket and a really well presented property - would stay again!

Good place to stay. I just to make a couple comments. 1, there's a bad oder when first walk in, smells like dog's urine. 2, A Google box will be nice if one was connected to TV. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Loved it- will be back
Clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Mum loved the bottle of red. Our 10.5 year old Labrador was happy and comfortable and the outside space was secure. My little girls aged 5 and 7 loved the local bunnies and birds. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed. Comfy beds, pillows and soft towels. Kim was so welcoming and kind and offered us extra supplies mid stay if needed but we had plenty. Thanks again, Liz and family
