Take the elevator up and be met with comfort and seaside charm. The chef's dream kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator + 2 refrigerator drawers, double wall ovens, both an electric cooktop and gas range, ice maker, and so much more! The dining area and bar accommodates seating for up to 19 guests and a separate toddler table for the kids. Or you can eat outdoors in the massive screened porch that includes a dining table with seating for 10. The wet bar includes a separate wine cooler and you will also appreciate the dedicated coffee bar with multiple coffee machines (Keurig and Ninja) and laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. The living area boasts cozy furniture and two twin hide-a-beds, offering ample space for family game nights. Every room has been updated and refreshed for 2025 with the help of a professional interior designer! New paint, new carpet, new furniture, a second bunk room and a new separate living area.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and flat-screen TV and is tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind.

Bedroom #3 - Atlantis - 2nd floor (sleeps 6), 1 queen murphy bed, 2 twin / twin bunk murphy beds, tub / shower combo.
Bedroom #4 - Seagull - 2nd floor, king bed, twin bed with trundle, tub / shower combo.
Bedroom #5 - Jellyfish - 1st floor bunk room (sleeps 8 - all Twin XL!), 3 double bunk beds + 2 trundle beds, balcony access, tub / shower combo.
Bedroom #6 - Octopus - 1st floor, 1 king bed, 1 twin / twin bunk bed, balcony access, tub/shower combo.

For added fun, the "Atlantis" bedroom (#3) can be used as a secondary living area with a flat-screen TV with a comfortable couch, and chairs. Making this into a gaming area or the perfect hangout spot!

Outside, you will enjoy the large oceanside swimming pool, featuring a separate, round sitting pool, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of minutes using your private beach boardwalk. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the private outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For added convenience, you will appreciate the 7th bathroom, located on the ground level near the pool. Enjoy dining Al Fresco on the large screened-in porch, complete with a huge outdoor dining table and chairs. You will appreciate the new decking with a gas grill, and a yard large enough to play corn hole or bocce, as well as a huge covered sandbox for the kids to play in!

You will appreciate the outdoor storage area provided for guests to store their bikes or kayaks, and a second storage area to store smaller beach items. You will also appreciate the provided beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Outdoor amenities are generally available each year from April through October and include the swimming pool, grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Weather can sometimes affect the availability of outdoor amenities, so if your stay is between November 1st and April 30th, please check on their availability by calling Proactive Vacations.

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
