"We liked the location convenient to many shops and restaurants. Also centrally located for ease of visits to both the north and south of the islands. Staff are super nice, service is prompt, and the place is clean. "

"The room was quite small and felt cramped for the price charged. The hotel is located deep inside narrow bylanes, away from the main road, which makes access a bit inconvenient. The entrance to the lobby passes by cooking and washing areas, which doesn’t create a very welcoming first impression. There was also no staff available to assist with luggage at check-in. Considering the high tariff, the experience did not feel value for money. The breakfast buffet was average and did not stand out....

"Das Hotel ist gut gelegend, sehr ruhig. Sauber. Es gab leider Paar Mängel: Boden ist ziemlich abgenützt. Der Balkon ist zu klein und es gab leider kein Wäscheleine, keinen Stühl, kein Sonnenschutz, also gar nichts. Personal ist höfflich, aber nicht nützlich. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. "

"My room was very comfortable and clean. I had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and I had a partial ocean view. The cleaning girls did a great job and were very friendly. The front desk was nice, and one girl in particular (Lyn?) who worked in the afternoon was awesome! The restaurant was right on the beach, and regarding the beach it was sad to see the entire beach was covered in trash, this is not the hotels fault as the string of trash stretched for miles. I was very saddened and surprised...

"Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Phu Quoc. Pool, location and comfy rooms made my 5 days with my family a perfect vacation. Thanks to the staff for their help with finding great gems to eat or places to see. Can’t wait to go back! "

"色々手違いがあり、困っていましたが、スタッフの方たちか機転を利かせて部屋の変更をして下さいました。 朝食はボリュームが丁度良く、優しい味で美味しかったです。 シャワーは水量が少なめで温度調節が少し難しい感じでしたが、大きなストレスにはなりませんでした。 近くに飲食店は無いですが、10分くらい歩くとちょこちょこあります。 近所にあるGOLDENという換金所が日本円のレートがとても良かったです。 犬とヤモリが近くにたくさんいますw"

"The one room bungalows are near a loud club. However, after complaining they moved me to the secondary location which was very quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. No complaints about service, cleanliness or otherwise. Just the club a few doors over which is out of their control."
