In one of the best locations in Noosaville, this light-filled two bedroom apartment is short stroll to the Noosaville riverfront and Gympie Terrace but just far enough away for quiet days and peaceful sleep. It's well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay including unlimited free wifi, Smart TV, bikes, kayaks, picnic equipment, luxurious linen and towels, a coffee maker, soda stream, cot, high chair; and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in a secure complex and guests have access to 3 pools, two of which are heated and an under-cover bbq area next to the pools. Access is up a short set of stairs. The lock-up garage is not suitable for vehicles as it houses the bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards. So, if you require undercover parking, this place will not suit you. There are three on-site guest parks, usually you'll find one of these available and also usually plentiful free street parking immediately outside or in close proximity to the apartment.

Guests are welcome to use the bicycles (2 adult and 2 child (and maybe a couple more) and kayaks (2 adult singles and 2 child singles) and other equipment including a beach cricket set, scooters and boogie boards. For the equipment we just require acceptance of a liability waiver.

This property was just what we needed and was located in a perfect position close to everything Nosaville and the surrounds has to offer. Walking distance to cafe's restaurants and the waterfront. Access to the property was explained to us really well and we found the process very easy. The apartment was very nice and modern and very clean and tidy. The owner was very responsive and looked after us very well with an early check in which helped us out so much because we had driven up from Brisbane and had my Daughters Hens Party to head to for a lunch on the Noosa Cruiser river cruise. We would definately stay again in the future if we are up that way and need accomoadtion..

We loved the property. Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the Noosaville forshore. If you have a young or active family there were plenty of bikes, kayaks etc to make the most of. Cliff was a perfect host. Highly recommended.

We had a slight hick up with our travel plans and Cliff was very quick to respond and offer helpful advice and assistance. The apartment was very clean and light filled and a minute walk to the bars and Gympie Terrace. Highly recommended.

this is great property with top level facilities and in area full of life and great restaurants. Parking is available and secure. Cliff is great and helpful host, always trying to make your stay more enjoyable.

As promised this was ideally located within walking distance of main beach and Noosa National Park but far enough away for quietness. Right at the end of the street is a great coffee shop and a few restaurants so you won’t go without. The kayaks were a nice bonus. Parking was easy. The unit was well equipped. The hosts were available when needed. The only opportunity would be for a good cleaning between guests.

The communication from owner before or stay and then followup on arrival was excellent and appreciated. Easy street parking and easy one minute walk to Gympie Terrace or short 2 km drive to Noosa main beach. One suggestion....update toaster, and maybe kettle also.

What a fantastic stay!!! We have been to Noosa many times and stayed at different locations, this one was perfect for me and my family! So so clean! With everything you need and walking distance to beach shops restaurants THE WORKS! CLIFF was super amazing, and extremely helpful 😍 We will definitely be coming back here! Apartment was perfect. It has been renovated to a high standard and the apartment had a wonderful Holiday feel. The beds were comfy and we all had good nights rest. The pool area was well maintained the the pools slight heated to the perfect temperature. Cliff was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks

This is a lovely apartment in an excellent location minutes from the beautiful Noosa river and all the restaurants on Gympie terrace and a short drive or bus ride to Hastings Street. The apartment is quiet immaculate and really well equipped with efficient air con in the main room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need - it feels like you are guests in a family holiday home. There was ample kitchen cupboard ingredients so helpful for self catering and toiletries. Cliff and Beth are generous and share beach equipment kayaks bikes etc. Would thoroughly recommend . We would like to stay here again.

Communications from property manager’s was excellent and the apartment was clean and well equipped with any items you may need to enjoy your stay. The location was perfect for enjoying a walk or run along the river and lots of choices for places to eat nearby. We will be back!

Never having been to Noosa before we were a bit unsure of the location at first, but within a few days of exploring the area, we realised how lucky we were in choosing this place. The apartment block itself is nice and quiet but its only a 2 minute walk to the river and restaurants. Watching the sunset on the river is mandatory, and there is everything you need: chillers and chairs supplied! BYO Gin or nick across the road to G&Ts to stock up. The apartment is extremely well equipped for home cooking... stock up from the farmers market for your Garlic prawns and crusty bread on the balcony. Open up the garage downstairs for a veritable Aladdin's Cave of toys to keep you entertained during the day. Communication is exceptional and Cliff and Beth have left nothing lacking in presenting this holiday unit.

For our first time in Noosa this location was perfect. We rented a car and were able to park on the street easily but didn’t even need to use our car all the time which was nice to have the option to walk or ride one of the bikes provided. Also super close to the T boat ferry stop. We loved that our hosts had provided cold water in bottles ready to be fizzed in the soda stream machine. It was touches like these that helped us feel at home and able to relax and enjoy. Communication was very clear and prompt. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was beautifully presented and finished with every convenience you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The hosts communication was of the highest standard of any stay we’ve previously had which made our quick getaway that much more enjoyable.
