"The exterior of the hotel looks somewhat dayed, but the rooms are nice. I have to stay in hotels a lot, and always appreciate a nice lobby with plenty of seating where I can get out of my room to do some work. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. "When arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly young man at the front desk. He made sure my needs were met and assigned me keys. When I went to my room, I found a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The kitchenette was an added bonus. After enjoying the pool for the evening, I went to bed on a comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. The breakfast was wonderful. "Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Service at the front desk was mixed - the guy who checked us in had an odd sense of humor and didn't seem to want to be there. The woman in the morning at checkout was amazing. Breakfast was convenient and nicely presented but I'd hoped for potatoes in Idaho and... no potatoes!! Location is great and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops."

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."
