"We live on-island and had family in town so we booked this house on the water to accommodate everyone. This house was well-equipped for cooking insofar as cooking utensils. Be sure to bring your own necessities, like oil, salt, and sugar. It was very comfortable—beds and bedding—and there were climate controls in each room. You’ll want to buy some firewood in town for the crazy wood stove. Very clean. Amazing views. Great showers. We would stay here again. "

"From the beautiful 38' yacht, to the restored netshed and the ambience of the harbor - I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially if you are a boating enthusiast. Access to the walkable waterfront, great restaurants, shopping is convenient and you may even be visited by otters or harbor seals while on the yacht. I will be back! "

"I crave the water but live in the desert. Renting the Shamrockin for a water experience was an excellent decision. The location is 10/10! Shops and restaurants are just steps away from the private dock and yet the location remains calm, quiet and restorative. You can walk everywhere with ease. "Our stay was wonderful. Melissa was very helpful. She was quick to communicate when the power went out. Also very responsive to text and calls. The location is wonderful if you really want to get away. This is a fantastic place to bring family and friends for a memorable stay with lots of activities nearby. We had everything we need and newly rebuilt fence works perfectly. "We finally had a "destination Thanksgiving" and this property definitely delivered the peaceful and serene setting we were hoping for. Instead of a "Black Friday" shopping rush, we decided to walk along the river and follow the staircase trail. The sound of rushing water, falls, and rapids sure beat the sounds of a typical Black Friday in the shopping centers. We certainly enjoyed the house, views, and location. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat."
